uneven experience at a sizable resort

slow servicecheap alcohol
i gotta say, the staff wasn't all that attentive. it took like, three days just to get a bathrobe. and get this, the dining room was a total free-for-all. nobody offered drinks or asked if i needed a thing. plus, the booze tasted like something you'd use to clean your car. the cocktails were mixed without any kind of proper ratios, if you know what i mean. its like they just threw stuff together and hoped for the best.

the beautiful family room accommodated our family well. it features two distinct living areas and a very functional kitchen. the private balcony included seating for four people, i liked that. the villa maintained immaculately cleaned at all times.
the mini-golf course needs some maintenance.

i found the grounds super clean and modern. the rooms were quite large and the beds provided great comfort. the pool and slide areas catered to all ages and even adults seemed to enjoy the kids' sections. the staff were really good showing hard work and dedication to ensure every guest felt comfortable
the key cards gave me a massive issue as they consistently stopped working. i found this very frustrating and inconvenient. it needed to be fixed more often than i liked.

i stayed for several days and found it great. the aqua park access was a highlight for me. the variety of pools meant there was always somewhere to relax. i really liked the friendly staff.
i did find the timing of the water slides varied and occasionally inconvenient.
