A Somewhat Average Experience
dusty cups limited beer
The poolside bar was a bit of a letdown. I found it odd that only a limited selection of fizzy drinks was available. No coffee was to be found. Beer seemed to disappear quickly, and refills were infrequent. The drinks were served in dusty cardboard cups, and the canned water looked questionable. Low level of all inclusive service is an understatement.

The FOOD was very diverse. Every day brought a new open buffet MENU. I tried so many types of food, from oriental to western dishes. The staff members were very friendly and KIND. I received EXCELLENT service from everyone.
I noticed the POOL bars offered a limited selection. Only coke, sprite, fanta, and juice were available. The beverages were served in cardboard cups , and these cups was dusty. There was little to no alcohol CHOICE.

uneven experience at a sizable resort
slow service cheap alcohol
i gotta say, the staff wasn't all that attentive. it took like, three days just to get a bathrobe. and get this, the dining room was a total free-for-all. nobody offered drinks or asked if i needed a thing. plus, the booze tasted like something you'd use to clean your car. the cocktails were mixed without any kind of proper ratios, if you know what i mean. its like they just threw stuff together and hoped for the best.

the beautiful family room accommodated our family well. it features two distinct living areas and a very functional kitchen. the private balcony included seating for four people, i liked that. the villa maintained immaculately cleaned at all times.
the mini-golf course needs some maintenance.

charmed by every detail
modern place comfortable beds dedicated staff
i found the grounds super clean and modern. the rooms were quite large and the beds provided great comfort. the pool and slide areas catered to all ages and even adults seemed to enjoy the kids' sections. the staff were really good showing hard work and dedication to ensure every guest felt comfortable
the key cards gave me a massive issue as they consistently stopped working. i found this very frustrating and inconvenient. it needed to be fixed more often than i liked.

great staff attentive service pool variety
i stayed for several days and found it great. the aqua park access was a highlight for me. the variety of pools meant there was always somewhere to relax. i really liked the attentive staff.
i did find the timing of the water slides varied and occasionally inconvenient.
